pure harmony's cosmedtique beauty products are cosmecutical and specifically formulated for our medispa. They are natural, pure giving active results.

 

gift vouchers ordered via phone attract a $5 postage & handling fee. our gift vouchers are valid for 4 months. we do not extend, refund or exchange for product.

 

at pure harmony every appointment is precious so if you arrive late, we may need to reduce your treatment time, while the treatment fee remains unchanged. if you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to re-schedule your appointment to another day. to avoid disappointment please phone 9523 0005 to reserve your appointment. a 50% deposit or your gift certificate number is required for appointments over 1 hour.

 

we suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. this allows you time to check-in, enjoy a herbal tea or water, fill in your treatment card and relax. please turn off mobile phone on arrival.

 

we appreciate that life is hectic but kindly ask that you please respect our time and ask that you give 24 hours notice in the event you need to cancel so we can re-allocate this time to another client.
